My Go-To Breakfast

Hi lovelies! Today I’m sharing my go-to breakfast that I eat almost every morning. On mornings when I have a little time to whip something up, I love grabbing a pan and whatever veggies I have on hand into a pan. I’m in need of going grocery shopping, ¬†only veggies that I have left are frozen diced onions and mixed peppers. Cooking time wise it does take a little longer but I can’t stand cutting up veggies first thing in the morning.

Depending on how hungry I am or how long of a day I have going on I’ll have 2-3 eggs. Today I went for three. I cook my eggs up either as an omelette, which turns more into a scramble, or over medium. Yes, I’m still trying to perfect how to cook eggs over medium. I have to make sure my eggs are cooked well enough, otherwise I will get sick.

First, I toss in my frozen veggies. Like I said all I have today are onions and mixed bell peppers. I have also added frozen corn, fresh sliced white mushrooms, and minced garlic. As you can see above I make a “hash” out of these veggies. I cook them for about 5 minutes, sometimes I cook them longer. When those are done, I transfer them to my plate.

Next, I’ll respray my pan if I need to and add my eggs to the pan. This morning my eggs took about 2-3 for both sides. When those were done. I turned off the oven and put the eggs on top of my veggie hash. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the top and voila! Breakfast done and ready to eat in less than 10 minutes.

I hope you enjoyed my food post. I’m looking forward to sharing some more of my favorite foods and recipes with you. Have a great weekend! See you in my next post!

Favorite Spring Nail Colors

Hi lovelies! Today I’m sharing my favorite go to nail colors for this spring. I have definitely put a ban on purchasing anymore nail polishes than I already have. My go to shades are definitely on the more neutral and pastel side.

TOP ROW: Muggins, Turquoise & Caicos, I Don’t Give A Rotterdam, Kerfuffle

BOTTOM ROW: Topless & Barefoot, Champers, Cabana Boy

What are your favorite spring nail colors? Anything worth my spending ban? Time to go paint my nails one of these fabulous colors. Have a great day!!

April Favorites!!

Hi lovelies! May is in full swing and the beginning of wedding season for me. April was just as busy for me. These items have been my go to, have to look presentable, and out the door in 10 minutes.

IMG_1314

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette- bootycall all over the lid and tease in the crease. This palette makes it so easy for a quick every day eye look. When I’m in a rush I always grab this.

Covergirl Clump Crusher mascara- Even though I started using this early in April, this quickly became my favorite everyday mascara.

For more of a glam and night option, the Benefit They’re Real mascara has been a longtime favorite ever since I started using this a few years ago.

I have pretty full brows and don’t need much filling in. I prefer to have them “filled in” just a bit. The Maybelline Brow Drama has been perfect for me. I do a quick swipe on each brow and I’m ready to go.

On my lips, I’ve just ¬†stuck with lip balm or nothing at all. My go to lip shade and product is the Buxom Full-On Lip Creme in White Russian.

My last favorite of the month, has been Essie’s Millionails nail treatment. Quite a few months ago, I had a terrible time with my nails breaking, chipping, and peeling. This has definitely helped strengthen my nails.

That’s all for my April favorites. I hope you enjoyed what I’ve been loving. Like I said, this last month has been crazy busy for me and I kept with things that I know and love, and will work. What have you all been loving? Have a great week!!

Week 1: Bikini Series

Hello lovelies! I have started the Tone It Up Bikini Series last week. I was super excited and motivated to begin it. However, after my morning workout I pulled a muscle in my back or shoulder that made just every day things difficult. Since I knew it would be a couple of days before I could do anything with my arms, I tried to focus on what I was eating. Of course life got in the way and my eating wasn’t exactly on par. I did manage to not over eat and watch my portions. I was hoping to have more of a successful week, but there is time to be better and work towards a healthier lifestyle.

Have a great week and see you in my next post!
